We are in network with the following insurance companies:  United, Aetna, Humana, PNOA, MultiPlan, Cigna, Aetna and Tricare. 

If you are within the Raleigh, North Carolina area  you can chose the "Home Visit" or "Office" option. Courtney and Amanda are based in Raleigh. Home visits are limited for babies that are younger than 2 weeks or age or if you have multiples. If you would prefer a home visit, please send an email to info@betterboob.com. Please note: there is a travel fee for in-home visits in addition to the consultation price.  Our office is located in downtown Cary. The address is 201 W Chatham Street, Suite 210 on the 2nd floor.

If you are within the Rocky Mount area, you can chose the "Home Visit" option to work with Kristen.

If you are paying out of pocket, you will chose the “Self Pay” after you click the appropriate visit type. You will also pay for the consult, upfront during the scheduling process. 

 

If this is the first visit, you will choose “Initial Consult”. For follow ups you will go through this process and chose the "Follow Up" option.
