We do work with The Lactation Network to accept BCBS, Anthem, United, Humana, PNOA and MultiPlan as well as we are in-network with other major insurances like Cigna, Aetna and working on Tricare.

If you are within the Louisville, Kentucky area, you can chose the "Home visit" option with Rebekah. Rebekah is based in Louisville and is currently doing in-home consults within the area. There is no travel fee for Rebekah if you are within her travel radius. Please email Rebekah to see if your location is in her travel area.

If you are paying out of pocket, you will chose the “Self Pay” after you click the appropriate visit type. You will also pay for the consult, upfront during the scheduling process.
If this is the first visit, you will choose “Initial Consult”. For follow ups you will go through this process and chose the "Follow Up" option.
